Don't worry I'm still here
Ok so I'm doubting that anyone even looks at this anymore since I haven't posted in...... let's see...... 9 months. Ya, I'm awesome. anyways, I'm ending this blog soon and am going to start a new one called ryleyandchelse.blogspot.com since most of the blog will be about our new adventures together. (we're engaged... yea) Plus since I'm now going to spend 2 more years in Rexburg for Ry's school, I don't feel so much like a beach bum anymore. So.... hopefully soon (which could mean 2 days 2 weeks or 2 months for me) I'll be posting on my new blog and hopefully deleting this one!

JIM AND PAM ARE ENGAGED!!!
So yesterday all I could think about was The Office was finally on tonight! I ended up having to work and I was super fidgety the entire time. Luckily I got home only to miss the first 15 minutes... But WOW it didn't even matter because I saw the best part, when Jim met Pam half way from Ohio and New York and got down on one knee in from of the gas station while it was raining! It made my day and I'm not even Pam ;) ha ha you should have heard what Ryley said when it happened.....

In With Love Out With Hate
Thanks to my amazingly talented friends, Drew and Dan, I've been thinking about their song lyrics "In with love out with hate." So true! I know this is going to sound cheesy, but all you need is love. *Clarification* I'm not talking about his and her towels lets grow old together kind of love, but the love of life. Loving to breathe, loving each person you meet or observe. Loving the monstrous waves in Hawaii, but also loving the golden wheat fields in Idaho. Loving Diversity. Loving to live!
I wouldn't mark myself as a bitter person. Actually, I would call myself an optimist, but lately I've noticed myself not taking the time to see and not taking the effort to love-- the small minuet things of the day, but also the big elephant in the room things as well. Because of my laziness I've noticed a difference in myself and have recently vowed to change my ways.
Nothing in life we love is perfect, but they 're still worth loving. Waves don't always break clean, rain often falls cold, people make mistakes, but there is always more to love about them than not. And the crazy thing is as soon as you love life, where you are, and love everyone, regardless of who they are, they all become beautiful. Each object, each person will have a beauty that will blow your mind. Everything and everyone becomes more exciting, more fulfilling, and more beautiful than they were the previous day.
Life is a big glass of Koolaid.

This morning between the crazy rain showers Kim, Easten, Ryley, and I went on a little hike up R mountain. It was good times checking out the volcano and the crazy rocks and such. It's always fun to get out of the house for a bit ;)

*Someone Has a Secret*
So I've always wanted to have a secret to send in to postsecrets but I never have. I guess I always just call Lacey or Rachel or whoever as soon as I have a secret to share in the excitement, tears, shock, ect and can never keep it to myself. But folks, I have FINALLY kept something to myself that was postsecret worthy. Maybe it has already been on the website, maybe it never will, maybe just maybe it has been in a book. Guess you'll never know. But see I'm just not very good at keeping secrets so I had to tell someone that I had a secret. ha ha
ps everyone don't worry.... it's not a dirty little secret about something creepy or sad so don't go thinking I have a dirty little past or cut myself or something! :)

What Beats the Blackfoot fair?..... Who Knows
So this year I faired it up with my beautiful and amazing sister Paige and her husband and kids and Ryley. It was a party. I can't get enough of the food! If I could eat dutch oven and tiger ears and all the other greasy food every day I would. Mmmmmm
So this year we just kinda walked around. We checked out the ginormous horses. I made Ryley find the sheep to represent the Matthews Suffolks! We took Aubrey on the "horsies" and she was a doll riding it with Paigers. Basically we just walked around and soaked up the WT and the food! I'm not gonna lie, And the sad thing is I'm already craving another tigers ear..... darn

Me and Ryley watching everyone else ride rides. ha ha we had more fun
